Legal Demand: Fund Custody Refusal due to US Restriction (Ticket #649749)
Freewallet has locked my account under a US regional restriction and their support states "unfortunately, you cannot use our services from an IP address registered in the mentioned region. Thank you for your understanding." Holding customer property without providing a manual withdrawal pathway is unlawful conversion. I have submitted my case details to the FBI's IC3 task force. Release my BNB balance to my verified external Smart Chain address, that was included in my email to your support team, immediately. On 8/28/2026 I still have not received my BNB balance to my verified address. I received another email from support stating "According to our records, your login attempt originates from a region where our services are currently unavailable due to regulatory or operational restrictions. As a result, access to the platform from this region is temporarily limited. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding." I have emailed them back with the FBI IC3 complaint attached. Release my BNB balance to my verified external Smart Chain address, that was included in my email to your support team, immediately.

Withdrawals suspended, no response
Withdrawals suspended, verification completed, no response from support. Ticket 647596 My account was restricted after support informed me that suspicious activity had been detected and that withdrawals were suspended until verification is completed. I provided every document that was requested, in the format that was requested, within a day. Support confirmed that the package was complete and that my case had been forwarded to their specialists. Since then there has been no update at all. I later sent a polite follow-up asking only two things: what stage my case is, and whether there is an approximate timeframe. It has not been answered either. Up to that point support replied quickly and courteously, which is why the silence now is hard to understand. I am not asking to skip any procedure. I am asking for a status and a realistic date, which is the minimum any company holding customer funds should be able to provide. Ticket 647596. I will update this review as soon as I receive a substantive response.

Регулятор Великобритании внес их в черный список! Номер заявления в NFIB: Одно из первых коллективных заявлений о мошенничестве администрации кошелька в британское криминальное бюро было официально зарегистрировано под номером NFRC230806087223. Freewallet.org - не отдаст вам деньги, кто еще может вывести свои активы выводите . Только не одной сумой, выводите частями . Иначе заблокируют вывод . Теперь по документам ( паспорт, селфи с бумагой где написано freewallet и вашими инициалами и числом, выписка с банка, доказательства откуда вам поступили деньги на ваш кошелек в freewallet скрины, выписки ) ВАМ НЕ ВЕРНУТ ВАШИ ДЕНЬГИ! Это скам кошелек! Который тысячи людей обворовал на миллионы долларов! Их основатели были замечены в Англии, потом в Португалии, последний раз где они были замечены это Эстония . Элвин Хагг (Alvin Hagg) — заявленный сооснователь и генеральный директор (CEO) компании Change.org. Пострадавшие пользователи и активисты считают его номинальным лицом, прикрывающим реальных бенефициаров.Дмитрий Гуняшов (Dmitry Gunyashov) — предприниматель из Санкт-Петербурга, которого в расследованиях и на профильных ресурсах vc.ru называют фактическим организатором и ключевым бенефициаром сервиса, также связанным с проектом Cryptopay.Василий Мещеряков (Vasily Meshcheryakov) — упоминается в качестве сооснователя и партнера по развитию проекта на ранних этапах его запуска в 2016 году.Алексей Гуняшов (Alexey Gunyashov) — лицо, фигурирующее в корпоративных связях и расследованиях относительно технического и финансового обеспечения инфраструктуры кошелька. Эти все граждани в БЕГАХ! И когда их найдут, определение люди ( а их найдут ) шкуру снимут с живых!

1 star — I provided extensive verification, but Freewallet keeps rejecting my documents I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Freewallet. My account and funds became restricted, and Freewallet requested documents to verify my identity, address and source of funds. I have cooperated fully with their verification process and provided significantly more evidence than was requested, including: * Several original bank statements from different banks, provided in English. * Video evidence showing that I downloaded the bank statements directly from my official banking applications. * Photos of utility bills as additional proof of address. * Photos from my phone showing the source of my funds. * Video verification proving that the Freewallet account belongs to me and showing my personal details. * Additional information and evidence requested by their support team. Despite providing all of this evidence, Freewallet continues to send essentially the same response claiming that my proof of address does not meet their requirements. What is particularly frustrating is that they do not clearly explain what specific information is missing or which exact requirement my original bank documents fail to satisfy. I have repeatedly asked them to explain precisely what document or information they require. Instead, I continue receiving generic responses repeating the same requirement. At the same time, I have been unable to properly access or use my funds. I have also experienced problems with the account recovery process. Despite providing video verification, documents and evidence proving that the account belongs to me, the platform has been unable to restore my account. I am willing to complete any reasonable and clearly explained verification procedure. However, repeatedly rejecting original documents without specifying exactly what is wrong is unacceptable. I have kept the complete correspondence, all submitted documents, videos and other evidence. If this situation is not resolved, I will submit the full case to the relevant regulatory authorities, consumer protection organisations and law enforcement authorities for review. I strongly recommend that anyone considering storing significant funds with Freewallet carefully consider these risks. My experience: 1/5.
