Funds frozen due to regional restrictions (Ukraine). Support is ignoring me.
Freewallet has completely blocked access to my funds, claiming they no longer work with my region (Ukraine). I provided all requested KYC documents (selfies, ID scans) last Thursday, but my account remains frozen. If a service stops operating in a specific region, it is legally obligated to give users a temporary window to withdraw their money. Right now, this looks like an illegal seizure of my personal crypto assets. Support ticket ID is [ 646415]. Release my funds!

Avoid, Run dont walk to remove your coins
Hi all, please do not leave coins on this app. they stole mine and have just repeatly blamed me. I purchased 4 Litecoin at height of its levels for €1K I transferred them to this app. Suddenly this month all 4 (I know now only worth €220) but still my €220 dissapeared, stolen by Freewallet. Do not trust these they are stealing

Opened the account 2021
Opened the account 2021, tried recently to move crypto and it’s almost all gone due to inactivity fees, there was never an agreement this would happen, also I can’t move the remainder crypto as the account is locked, they have asked for numerous pieces of id which I provided, still locked and very slow response, at my wits end, avoid them like the plague,

After more than 100 emails they still…
After more than 100 emails they still refuse to provide the acces to my acount, barred by 2fa, i conntacted them using the email provided in the registry, also send all the garbage they asked, even the email chain i got this problem solved before but now they refuse, unexpexted form these scammer very disapointed, and still demanding the same data and pictures again and again, its been more than a year. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMERS

They are not letting my crypto transfer to other wallet and from past 7 years they are deducting 50 usd per month. I thought at the right time I will sell. Now they are asking for the source of funds.. THEY ARE BAST@RDS....
