Having cancelled our ticket reservations in correct time and even paying insurance. You did not reply or acknowledge my emails complaints regarding the refund or try to resolve this And correctly refund me from almost 1 year ago! It was difficult to get customer service I would not buy again from such an unreliable company I even drove & paid CC. To the actual theatre box office that was reluctant to also help. And I have yet to receive the refunded ticket amount.

Very limited selection of shows
I received a gift card and found to my disappointment that the offerings were incredibly limited. Do NOT recommend this website if you have wish to have more choice in your theatre choices. Very disappointed.

Dreadful customer service
If only there was zero star option. No tickets, no email and ended up out of pocket. This company needs to update their systems to ensure tickets are actually sent and followed up by confirmation emails and reminders of the event like reputable ticket agents. Unfortunately the customer is not at the centre of their business. I’ll never use them again.
