Terrible Quality. Worse Customer Service
Extremely disappointing I have ordered from Full Shine three separate times, and the first two orders were great. I was genuinely very happy with the quality, which is why I felt comfortable ordering from them again. Unfortunately, my most recent order was atrocious. After just one wash, following the care instructions, the extensions became completely unmanageable. The hair is extremely frizzy, dry, brittle, tangled and has unruly, damaged-looking ends. This isn’t the quality I experienced with my previous two orders, and that inconsistency is incredibly disappointing. What makes this experience even worse is the customer service. When I initially reached out, I received a response almost immediately saying that my issue would be passed along to the appropriate department. That was 13 days ago, and despite following up through multiple channels, I have still heard absolutely nothing. I understand that occasionally a defective product can slip through quality control. What I find unacceptable is being left without a response after spending a significant amount of money on a product that is essentially unusable. And unfortunately, the timing makes this particularly upsetting: these were the tape-in extensions I purchased and installed specifically for my wedding. I have now spent hours and money installing hair that I cannot actually use, and I am left scrambling to find a replacement. I am especially disappointed because I was a returning customer. My previous experiences were good enough that I trusted the company with something as important as my wedding hair. That trust has been completely undermined by both the quality of this order and the lack of follow-up. I hope Full Shine eventually addresses this properly, but after 13 days of silence, I can’t recommend them based on my most recent experience. Previous orders: 2/2 excellent. Most recent order: completely unacceptable. Customer service follow-up: nonexistent. I wish I were writing another positive review, but customers deserve consistency—especially when they’re purchasing hair for such an important occasion.

These are the best hair extensions I've ever used! I've had them in for 4 months and can't say enough good things about them. They look so natural. I wash and style them like it's my own hair, they don't shed, they feel light and easy to sleep in. I love them!!!!

Never thought I'd love a hair topper this much
It can be scary to try to get the right color for hair online. The quality and color of the hair was perfect! I was very happy with the hair topper and how it fit. (I don't have thinning hair on the top, but I do have thin hair. I love it. So easy to put on and go. Perfect coverage and looks as natural as it gets. Very satisfied!
