Purchased 100k challenge and never…
Purchased 100k challenge and never received anything!! Iv sent them screen shots of purchase and Order number they still to this day have not refunded me or even responded to me whatsoever they are total crooks They stole $400 of my money. Do not use these people for anything if you wanna. Take a challenge. I highly highly strongly. Suggest another prop firm…crooks now I’m out $400 with no response. What a crappy prop firm and total thieves also they have no phone number to contact them so you’re stuck with no email response they know how to take your money and steal it, but they don’t know how to give you what you paid for and be honest highly upset I hope they go out of business!!!!!

You deserve this rating because I really find it convenient to trade on FTP control platform. My advice is to tell you to release challenge details after payment the way you were doing in the past. I bought a challenge and made a payment on the 2nd of August, up till now I have not received any details of this BOGOF challenge. So please help me release the details. I’ve been with FTP for 3+ years
I’ve been with FTP for 3+ years, but ever since Instant...whatever acquired them, the service has completely tanked. Customer support is either non-existent, automated, or tells you to "be patient" without solving anything. I just passed a $200K (account #147596)challenge in 4 days. Getting funded used to take minutes or less than an hour. Now, their 24-48 hour delays mean missing back-to-back setups. They also make you sign a contract, then send a separate email the next day asking you to confirm you understand another set of rules stating you understand..... It's just a delay tactic. If they stall this much on funding, I’m seriously worried about how long payouts will take. I wish they were never sold out. This makes me believe even though some reviews were removed, they must be correct. I'm willing to offer any proof that my review is 100%. If I would, I'd say 300% like Trump says when it comes to health care! Maybe I might update this review, but I'm just frustrated right now.

Funded account locked for 8 business days
After successfully passing a 1-Step challenge, FTP opened a funded account for me, but trading on this account is not allowed. KYC is completed and the contract is signed. I contacted their support and they told me: “Upon checking your account, we can confirm that you have successfully signed the funded account agreement and completed your KYC verification. Your funded account is currently under review. Before activating the funded account, our team completes a final review of your challenge account. This process typically takes 24–48 working hours to complete. During this review, your funded account (Account Number: 7003329) will remain locked. Once the review has been completed, your account will be activated and you will be able to start trading.” But there is no mention of such a delay anywhere in their rules. After 7 business days I contacted them again to ask about my account, but I got no answer. Now it has been 8 business days in total, and my account is still locked and I still have no answer from them. I have bought several challenges from them before and never had any problems. But now, after they were acquired by Instant Funding, I am very disappointed with their service and how they handle the situation. You can decide for yourself if you want to deal with them. Updated August 21, 2026 All is not lost. After I sent them several emails, they finally activated my account yesterday (though I wasted two weeks waiting).
