The mirror is lovely and it arrived…
The mirror is lovely and it arrived completely undamaged. However the fixings on the back are pretty much useless they seem to have been stapled on the wrong way round to be used for hanging. I've been on to furniture village customer services I've been very helpful despite a limited ability to assist on this matter. This product is shipped direct from supplier and doesn't go through furniture villages hands so any issues have to be referred back to the supply company. So I have a mirror that is currently standing on the floor with all the risks that carries with it. I was really excited to receive them in before the bank holiday because I thought it could go up and look just a ticket when we have visitors. However that hasn't been the case. It appears that only remedy is measured in days especially over the bank holiday. And the other issue was I wasn't really expecting it when it arrived apart from the order confirmation I didn't receive any tracking or dispatch information until I got a text from a company called APC with whom I didn't realise I had a relationship at all let alone one through furniture village and I ignored it initially because I thought it might be some kind of scam ie courier scam. It would've been helpful if some kind of email from furniture village contain the reference to being contacted by APC.

Great service today
Bradley and Fabion delivered my mother’s new armchair on time, removed all waste and answered all our questions clearly. They were polite and we did not feel they were rushing to get on to the next job which sometimes happens. Thank you.

Ernest was very patient with us as we went in and out of the shop on 3/4 different occasions. When we finally went in to buy our new sofas Ernest was off due to his wife having a new baby but we were well looked after by Derek and Chris. Very professional, informed and made us feel comfortable even when asking silly questions. Highly recommended. This is our second lounge suite from Furniture Village in 20 years so let's hope this lasts as long as our last one :-)
