Purtroppo non é possibile mettere 0 stelle. State alla larga da questo broker, é una truffa. Quando provi a prelevare ti chiede un SMS o un email con un codice che non arriva mai, nonostante i molteplici video che ho mandato dove mostro che non ricevo nessun codice loro non hanno intenzione di farmi prelevare perché dicono che il codice viene inviato correttamente. Ho controllato in spam, posta in arrivo ovunque si possa controllare ma il codice non viene ricevuto. Non fate il mio stesso errore, state alla larga. Non date i vostri soldi in mano a questi truffatori!

Arbitrarily deducting customers' profits under false pretenses

I have clearly stated that I did not engage in any illegal transactions. I traded manually and profited. So far, you have refused my withdrawal of my initial capital. You have not even bothered to return my profits from legitimate trading. I now want to withdraw my initial funds.

Stay away – profits removed and no evidence provided FXCess removed $12,365.92 and £919.38 from my trading accounts claiming certain trades took advantage of price discrepancies. Despite months of correspondence and repeated requests, they have failed to provide the specific trades, price comparisons or supporting evidence to justify the decision. I formally escalated the matter to the BVI Financial Services Commission. The regulator initially confirmed it was communicating with FXCess but despite several follow ups, communication from the regulator has now also gone quiet. FXCess has also stopped responding to me completely. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from this firm. *** UPDATE following FXCess response: Once again, FXCess has provided what appears to be a generic/template response rather than a tangible answer to the specific issues I have raised. FXCess has now publicly confirmed that they reversed my profits because of an alleged breach of their Terms of Business. What their response does not mention is that for months I have repeatedly asked them to identify the specific trades involved and provide the evidence supporting their allegations. I have requested trade IDs, timestamps, price comparisons and a breakdown showing exactly how the reversed amounts were calculated. None of this has been provided. The amounts reversed remain: USD 12,365.92 + GBP 919.38 I traded with FXCess successfully for over eight months using the same strategy (including deposits and withdrawals) before this happened. I am not disputing that FXCess has Terms of Business. I am disputing their decision to remove these profits without providing the specific evidence showing how my trades breached those terms. The matter remains with the BVI Financial Services Commission. FXCess – if your decision is genuinely based on “objective findings”, as you previously told me, please provide those findings and the specific evidence. Otherwise return my profits! I will continue updating this review as the case progresses.
