Unprofessional and impossible to trust

I requested cancellation before renewal, yet I was later charged anyway. I then discovered that my cancellation request had not actually been processed. Even after I asked for a refund and immediate cancellation, support kept delaying, avoiding the refund issue, and leaving the service active instead of simply carrying out my request. For me, this shows a serious lack of professionalism and destroys trust. This is especially worrying for a VPS company whose customers may leave trading platforms and accounts running on its servers. If I cannot trust them to handle a simple cancellation properly or to respect my bank card and avoid unwanted charges, I certainly would not feel comfortable trusting them with infrastructure connected to my trading account and money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend FXSVPS. ------------------------------------------- Update following FXSVPS's response: FXSVPS's reply actually confirms the central point of my review: **they acknowledge that my cancellation request was submitted before the renewal date.** Their justification is that I was supposedly required to reply again to their Billing Team before the cancellation could be finalized. However, this additional confirmation requirement does "not appear in their published Terms of Service". Their Terms state that customers may cancel at any time from the client area and that "cancelling stops future charges". They do not state that a cancellation request remains ineffective unless the customer subsequently replies to a support message. In my view, requiring an additional step that is not stated in the cancellation terms, then using the absence of that additional step to justify another renewal charge, is precisely the kind of practice that makes a company difficult to trust. Their second clarification is equally unconvincing. FXSVPS says that “billing administration is entirely separate from the technical operation and security of a customer's VPS.” But customers do not have separate relationships with FXSVPS's Billing Team and Technical Team. They have a relationship with "FXSVPS as one company". Saying that billing is separate from technical operations does not address the trust issue; billing practices are part of the company's conduct just as much as its technical services are. My concern was never that a billing employee could directly access my brokerage funds. My concern is much simpler: if I cannot trust a company to follow its own cancellation terms and handle my payment authorization responsibly, I would not trust that same company with infrastructure connected to my trading activity. For those reasons, their response does not change my assessment.

We would, however, like to clarify an important point regarding the cancellation. Our records show that a cancellation request was submitted before the renewal date. Our Billing Team responded to that request and required a reply from you in order to proceed with/finalize the cancellation. Unfortunately, we did not receive any further response to that ticket before the renewal date. As the cancellation process had therefore not been completed, the service remained active in our billing system and was automatically renewed according to its existing recurring billing cycle. The charge was not made after a completed cancellation, nor was the service intentionally kept active against a confirmed cancellation instruction. When you contacted us again, our team reviewed the previous communication and the billing history and subsequently handled the cancellation request. We fully understand that, from a customer's perspective, submitting a cancellation request may feel like the process should already be complete. We are therefore reviewing how we communicate pending cancellation requests so that it is clearer when additional confirmation or information is still required from the customer. We would also like to clarify that billing administration is entirely separate from the technical operation and security of a customer's VPS. FXSVPS does not have access to customers' brokerage funds, and a billing dispute does not provide us with access to their trading account or financial assets. We respect your decision to share your experience, but we also believe it is important to clarify that the renewal occurred because the cancellation process remained incomplete after our Billing Team's response received no further reply—not because a completed cancellation request was ignored. FXSVPS Support Team don't read your full message. Support team response time is very fast. However, when you want to raise a support ticket, or raise a concern, do not ask more than 1 question in a single ticket, they will only read the first paragraph or answer the first question with a very brief answer. TRY IT..:) Note, there is only one option to put the date on the Experience or when it was happened, i have more than 5 cases.

Hello, You are describing something real, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Our team is measured on how quickly tickets are answered, and that has produced exactly the habit you found: an agent reads the opening lines, answers what is there, and closes the ticket. It looks efficient on a dashboard. For anyone who asked three questions, it is a bad experience, and the fault is in how we run the queue, not in how you wrote the ticket. We are not going to ask you to split your questions across separate tickets. A ticket with four questions in it should come back with four answers. What we are doing about it: agents now have to confirm every question in a ticket has been addressed before it can be closed, and we are reviewing closed tickets for ones that were answered only in part. You mentioned you have more than five cases. We would like to go through all of them properly rather than leave them as they are. Reply here or open one ticket listing them — that one will be handled by a supervisor, and every point in it will get an answer. Thank you for writing this.
