Very poor communication
Very poor communication, don’t respond to messages and when they do nothing ever comes of it sh1tty service and definitely wouldn’t recommend I’d actually say avoid at all cost.

EN5HITIFICATION distilled into games. They are sadists at best and arguably child abusers. (See Disney Speedstorn, a bigger ripoff than Asphalt and aimed directly at underage children) Dark patterns disguised as a game. Major QA issues and "support" fails to respond. Conversation ID: #4179764. Can't deliver digital goods in a timely manner! Every day it's some new middle finger. They target children with misleading dark patterns. Disney Speedstorm is much worse than Asphalt even. They also cheat: In Drive Syndicate, I just started a race and a cop car rammed me, no way to even avoid it. This was right after they killed me with their HORRIBLE animations that take control of the car, which NOBODY WANTS. They did a bait and switch by having a team event that required many different cars, then they just ended the event with nothing to replace it. It was a clear rug-pull, and a ripoff. They now deliberately ruined multiplayer races and also have deliberately ruined the economy, making credits ridiculously scarce yet all upgrades cost many millions. They are deliberately killing the game while also squeezing remaining players. As soon as adults are back in charge I will be sending details to my congress members and the FTC and requesting sanctions and charges. The PC version launches a browser without any clicks or anything, much less permission, and MS is complicit by now making it impossible to use any brower tamer. This is clear rapist behavior, clearly coming from the top. I come back after major surgery (C3-T3) and infection now the following is WORSE: Suddenly the car won't turn or loses speed or wrecks for no reason, drops stop, etc. STILL crashes on close. Some cars require keys, they aren't clearly marked. Key unlocks are often absent or ridiculously difficult, which is blatantly misleading. Lack of QA and bugs show their disdain for their customers. The game is dominated by players who filled their garages using foreign currency. Developers exhibit a rapist mentality. You'll take their horrible treatment and like it. MP is garbage, and always short players now. They literally reduced credits available in the game to try to squeeze more cash from a game they're deliberately killing Suddenly Ghosts have disappeared from Gauntlet races for me along with other extremely fishy behavior, including "coincidentally" losing by THOUSANTHS OF A SECOND time and time again Latest: Only offering credits to buy event tokens since midway through the last event. I posted screenshots in the Discord for the last weeks worth. I shouldn't have to constantly take screenshots and game footage, but this games CONTINUED AND REPEATED BAD FAITH demands it. It continues, and most recently sabotages me whenever I get close to a decent time, suddenly the car wrecks or won't turn despite taking the exact same curve just fine in the same car just previously. Just gets worse and worse

I play Disney speedstorm under gameloft it has massive pay walls for most thing's and the thing's you can work towards unlocking for free don't count tokens properly i won 13 tokens to unlock a new racer and it only says i have 7 tokens i sent pictures with proof to gameloft to have this fixed and you get ai that is 0 help and you ask to speak to a real person they ignore it and don't get back to you. This glitch has happened more than once that makes me think that it is done on purpose to force you to spend money to unlock some racers.
