Didn't realise that this company…FAB
Didn't realise that this company existed!! ( Hay Ho For Google )... but what a find & fantastic in what I wanted & founded easly too, was emailed regularly in different stages to my order / delivery to UK which was brilliant for my mind rest!!... although odd that I ordered two different components @ the same time & ended up getting two different delivery times/dates, slightly confusing with the email chain information! Would use again for sure .. & bewildered to the amount of intriguing items that are on this site!! ( I'm still looking lol )

I never received my item
I never received my item, when I contacted them they said it had been dispatched. I've now contacted them again and they say it's too long ago to trace and they can't issue a credit or refund despite all records showing it's never been dispatched.

I have emailed twice to inform them…
I have emailed twice to inform them that the watch is not turning . I charged it up and Bluetoothed it and recorded some personal information but then went to recharge as I could not turn . It's still not doing anything. I asked for a refund but no reply.

Don't not buy anything from here. First they are not based in your country, can only be contacted via their website that never recognises your enula or password, they don't reply anyway, item delivered weeks late. And refused to answer all request for return. They even haven't replied to my bank when I was forced to recall the funds . This has now been escalated and passed over to trading standards and action fraud. The only Communication I've received was this request to leave my opinion. So wish granted. I've sent you several message via website that no longer allows me acces you want the order then let into the website. I have received no invoice. But just so you know my bank has already made the recall for the money as I do have a screenshot of the one time I was able to access you website. My review stands with prejudice Dr. Nigel Nelson McCann
