Very Disappointed With the Quality &…
Very Disappointed With the Quality & Customer Service I was genuinely excited to receive my order, but unfortunately, the shirts were extremely disappointing. The images on the shirts looked faded, blurry, and pixelated, and the overall print quality was nowhere near what I expected based on what was shown when I placed my order. I honestly felt embarrassed to even wear them. What made the experience even more frustrating was the response I received when I contacted customer service. Instead of standing behind the quality of the finished product, I was told that they process too many orders to manually check the images before printing and that I would need to pay an additional $15 PER SHIRT to have them replaced with a different image. I understand that customers are responsible for submitting their photos, but I also believe a custom printing company should have some level of quality control—especially if an image is going to print so poorly that the finished product is unusable. If there is an obvious resolution issue, I would much rather have been contacted before the shirts were printed and shipped. I was really hoping to love these shirts and potentially order more custom items in the future, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed. Between the poor print quality and being asked to spend even more money to correct the issue, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Wonderful cat memorial.
I saw the ad for memorial garden stakes for cats. I lost my two black cats recently and I ordered a garden stake for each . I bought the small size with the intention of placing them inside the house in the planters near the patio door where my cats rested in the sun . These stakes are wonderful . Brother and sister black cats are now resting together.

Buyer Beware - Shirts run small
Buyer Beware! Shirts run small... I DO NOT RECOMMEND GECKO CUSTOM! When I reached out to customer service, they didn't want to make things right. Be advised, before you buy anything... I paid over $45 for a t-shirt shipped, for a shirt that DOES NOT FIT... and customer service was no help. We compared this shirt to other brands of the same size... and Gecko Custom indeed runs smaller than other brands. I'm not interested in getting anything free... but I am interested in stopping others from making the same mistake as I did, which was ordering anything from Gecko Custom... Also - while they have a phone number listed... they don't ever answer the phone... Too bad you can't leave ZERO Stars...
