My rings arrived incredibly fast—sooner than expected! 😭 Honestly, I am very satisfied with my order; the rings are beautiful, and I have no complaints. Communication was perfect, I was kept informed about the status of my rings—so I would definitely recommend buying here.

Perfect Ring and Excellent Customer Service
I couldn’t have found a more perfect ring, and it turned out absolutely stunning. I cried when I saw it! Also, customer service was absolutely amazing to work with! When I ordered my ring, there was a pricing error in their system which allowed me to purchase the ring for nearly $400 less than it was supposed to be. They had reached out regarding the pricing error, and after some discussion, they were gracious enough to honor the pricing error. They truly were a dream to work with and I’m so grateful to them for making this dream a reality!

Could not have been a better experience!
The design process was straightforward and there was consistent communication between my partner & the Gems Magic team throughout the entire process! My partner ordered express delivery & before we knew it, It was delivered and ready for the proposal. The ring is even more beautiful than in the photos, it’s quickly become the statement of every outfit!

I recently ordered a custom bespoke ring with a sapphire and diamonds for my now fiancée, as an engagement ring. We are so happy with the amazing high quality of the ring and how beautiful it looks. The process was easy to order and customise, and the order came on time (to the UK). Including recommend them enough for anyone looking for a special occasion ring.
