Good case…..shame it doesn’t last
After seeing this case on FB, I thought wow I want one of those. It was everything I expected and more, although I have to admit the materials used were flimsy and cheap…..BUT everything worked and I was very happy. Fast forward 3 years and the casing where the screen swivels started coming apart. Within 2 weeks the whole thing fell apart and I couldn't use it any more. Never mind I’ll buy another one as I was very happy with this one. I replaced my broken one with exactly the same colour etc. I have been very happy with it for 7 months until the same thing that happened to my first geniocase has happened to this new one. I contacted the support team and had a quick response, stating that it was not a manufacturing fault so they would not replace it. mmmm Not sure they are right? 2 cases malfunctioning in the exact same spot….that would make me ponder? Not the support team….no, they churn out AI replies saying the same thing in a slightly different way, ending in the same result, NO we will not replace your geniocase. I calculated that the case has cost me £20 per month to use? Wouldn’t buy another from this company!

I’m on my 2nd replacement for this…
I’m on my 2nd replacement for this product and this one has how stopped working. I have not had a response for 2 days regarding what they plan to do this time. It’s unacceptable poor service product and not fit for purpose.

This case is a complete scam
This case is a complete scam - I fell for it. I knew it was problems when I received shipping confirmation from a china address. I received the case and it broke instantly, and it’s made of cheap plastic - zero carbon. I emailed them and though their site says 30 days no questions refund policy, they told them they could send me a replacement or offer me a 60% refund and I keep the product. They send me a screen shot of the fine print - though their site said 30 day no questions refund.
