Pirated software!
Avoid them at all costs if you want a licensed Acrobat! They are selling you a pirated copy of Acrobat, instead of giving a license key as advised! They should be reported and domain closed!

Poor / No after sales customer service
Bought this for a Mac back in 2025, all was good until recently. I was required to activate it again so contacted the company at their groupon email, looking for guidance haven't heard a thing since. E-mailed 4/5 times now over the past 5 weeks requesting assistance and nothing. It also won't accept any updates. You get what you pay for I guess

Questioning the legality of their activation keys
I bought a lifetime licence from them via Groupon and the access was revoked 1 month after (the software shows a "product activation failed" message). It looks like they are selling fraudulent / illegal activation code, that Microsoft picked up on this and revoked access.

Caution Before Purchasing Microsoft Office 2024 for Mac from Get Software Deals
**Refund refused after I raised concerns about the activation method** I purchased two copies of Microsoft Office 2024 for Mac from Get Software Deals through Groupon. Before installing anything, I carefully reviewed the instructions provided by Get Software Deals. The activation procedure required removing existing Office licences and downloading and running a personalised licence/activation file provided through their installation process. I was not comfortable proceeding because I could not independently verify the licensing or the activation file to my satisfaction. For security reasons, I therefore chose not to install or activate either copy and contacted Get Software Deals requesting a refund. My refund request was refused. The seller explained that because the installation and activation instructions had already been provided and the product was available for activation, they could not authorise a refund. I was instead instructed to watch their video and proceed with the installation and activation process. My concern is not simply whether the software can ultimately display as “activated.” As a customer, I want to be confident that the licence and activation method can be independently verified before downloading and running activation files on my computer. I also noticed what appeared to be the same or similar Microsoft Office offers from Get Software Deals listed on Groupon at different prices, so I recommend that prospective customers carefully compare the exact product description, price, licence type and activation procedure before purchasing. I am sharing my own experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. I would have expected the seller to offer a refund when I raised these concerns before installing or activating either purchase.
