I made a purchase in May 2026 and…
I made a purchase in May 2026 and syngas added additional items on the order that I did NOT order. I requested a refund. Denied. I filed claims with Paypal and they stated that I need to get my refund from Syngas so they denied my claims. Syngas put my ONE order into THREE orders so it's harder to get the full refund. Nori from Syngas gave me the address to send all items back which I did. Still no refund. it's been over 3 months. It's like pulling teeth. Syngas added the following: 3 warranties for 3 fuel reduction device which I did not order. A radar detector which I did not order and a tire inflator which I did not order. Total $192.81. Order no. A30BCC9B54. Syngas acknowledged receiving the items but won't refund me ALL my monies. My next step is to take legal action.

Trying to do things right
On June 7th 2026 I purchased a syngas fuel saver on June 6th 2026 I purchased four fuel savers from syngas and on June 18th I made four more purchases from syngas I was sent an entirely different product I complained and I've got about 15-20 emails where since the when I received the first syngas product that was supposed to be syngas all the way up to the 25th of August when I got to report today that said I passed my 30 days and it will no longer be able to refund or replace the product and I have email stating where they said they will replace the product because it was wrong I sent them both the reviews for the product they sent me and the product for the reviews for syngas they were two completely different products and they failed the honor everything that they said and now they say it's too late be careful when you try to do things to do right way and communicate with the company they wait until you're warranty runs out and then they say it's too late JJ Wills I have all the information.

I purchased 5 units from their website, they don't work, no refund when returned
I purchased 5 units from their website. 3 by accident. I tried one on my 2008 Ford expedition, for 2 weeks. No effect. Then when I tried to return, they started the " we would like to refund 20% then 30%, then 40% of your money and you keep the items. I should have taken the rebate As it is I insisted on an RGA number, which they issues for both orders. I paid to have the return shipped and tracked ( my own expense). They recieved the order, and I expected a refund in due course. Then I forgot about it for a while. Then I reached out today and they tell me that because I did not reach out withing 30 days of shipping the orders back, there is no refund. I told them that they are criminals, and I would make sure everyone knows what they are up to. The product is a gimmick fake. And their return policy is a fraudulent joke.

Slecht, Slecht, Slecht Alles wat fout kon gaan is gegaan. De bestelling E8CE43DOB4 (bestelde een besparende brandstof apparaat maar moest 2 betalen en geen twee gekrijgen). De vervoerder in Nederland (PostNL)heeft zonder duidelijke reden het pakket terug gestuur naar Getsyngas.com .Ik ben een halfjaar bezig met e-mail wiselingen met het bewijs dat PostNL het paket heeft gerouterneerd naar Getsyngas maar bij Getsyngas weten ze niet waar het paket is! Geld willen ze niet terug geven en ik heb ook geen besparende brandstof apparaat. MENSEN BOICOT (GETSYNGAS) DEZE BEDRIJF IS SLECHT, SLECHT, SLECHT
