I am very disappointed with the product…
I am very disappointed with the product I received. It looks nothing like the product that was advertised or shown when I placed my order. The item I received is significantly different in appearance and does not match what I expected based on the listing. I would appreciate a resolution to this issue, whether that is a full refund or a replacement with the product that was actually advertised. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this. Thank you.

What they advertised and you receive is not same. Product is smaller and not an exact match to what is advertised. My advice is don't buy from this website. I had to wait for a very long time for delivery.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. My order was significantly delayed, and when it was finally shipped, the seller left my house number off the shipping address. I contacted them three times with the correct address but received no response. I never received my order. Instead of providing a full refund or replacing the item at no cost, they first offered only a 50% refund and later increased it to 70%. I paid 100% for an item I never received due to an error that was not mine. Very poor customer service and communication. I would not recommend this seller.

Scam! Item does not match the description
Very poor quality and misleading advertising. The item I received does not match the photos or description at all. I tried to contact them to return the item and get a refund, but they completely ignored me. A total waste of money!

They refused to return my item. I didn't like the product when it arrived. I tried to return it and they constantly refused it without a good explanation.
