Tickets sold, funds still missing a month later
I've sold 2 tickets for System of a Down in Poland, Warsaw for July 19th at over £300 total. Despite their '14 days guarantees' and 'customer protections', I still haven't received anything 25 working days (34 calendar days) later. Support is answering with a general 'We're facing delays, we will update you', which was 10 days ago and nothing since. The processes and timelines are not transparent at all and I'm feeling forced to be looking into Trading Standards / Citizen Disputes to receive the funds. Edit: The funds have now arrived, hence amended the rating to 3/5. Site is easy to navigate and processes seem to be straightforward, but it's a web of delays and holding things to the very last moment or past the deadlines. Be cautious and be prepared to chase support until things are sorted, despite the guarantees on site.

I'paid for my ticket 260,80 EUR aun I received it one day after the concert on 18.06.2027. I'm still waiting for a refund, they ignore my mails. Never again!!! Ho comprato un biglieto da 260,80 euro per il concerto di GRANDE Vasco Rossi a Bari, che mi e arrivato un giorno dopo il concerto. Non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso e la mia corrispondenza viene ignorata. Sconsiglio cordialmente! You are working on what? sono passati 2 mesi e due settimane dal concero e i miei soldi non sono arrivati, la settimana prossima vi denuncio dalla polizia!!!

This is a scam! Beware! They are selling tickets they do not have. They sold me 4 tickets they promised will be "instantly available" - in fact they don't have the tickets available but they took my money. 2000 dollars for 4 Bob Dylan tickets! Report them to all cyber fraud agencies you find online and help people from being cheated.

Tickets did not arrive, no refund
Ordered and paid for tickets for David Byrne in Halifax UK for my Sister's birthday. The tickets never arrived. As well as the upset of not being able to see David Byrne, when I asked for a refund I was given another email address from which I have had no response. I will now have to attempt a charge back on my credit card. Avoid this company at all costs 23.8.26 Update. My credit card company issued a refund through chargeback.

SCAM WARNING
SCAM WARNING: Gigsberg stole €977, left me stranded, and sent cheap €100 tickets! Avoid Gigsberg at all costs! They are absolute scammers who hide behind predatory "fine print" to steal your money and ruin your experience. I paid €900 back in February for premium Metallica tickets in Bologna (June 3, 2026). On the day of the concert, the gates opened, the opening bands started playing, and I was left standing outside with ZERO tickets. Their WhatsApp support ignored me, sending useless automated "we are working on it" replies. To make matters worse, they told me they only had to deliver tickets before the main act at 21:00 because opening bands "do not count." I was forced to buy new tickets at the stadium gate just to get in. When I got home, I opened the tickets Gigsberg finally sent at 19:01 (after the show had started). It was a total scam: they sent me cheap, low-tier tickets worth €100 instead of the €977 seats I paid for! They downgraded me, pocketed the difference, and now refuse to refund me, claiming they "fulfilled" the order. This is literal theft. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Never trust Gigsberg!
