I had purchased the wrong size hose…
I had purchased the wrong size hose reel. Giraffetools customer service was quick and they were able to send me a label to return the unit so I could place an order for the correct size... very pleased all the way around!

Order arrived and wasn’t usable
Order arrived and wasn’t usable. The wall mounted pressure washer is housed in a cheap plastic case which was slightly cracked along one edge. We didn’t mind too much, so plugged it all in and the first time we turned it on it just leaked everywhere, water pouring out of the base of the unit and no pressure in the hose. There’s no way to open the unit to see what’s inside, it’s completely sealed all around, so it’s just a huge waste of time and money. Waiting on a response from customer service to see if there’s a fix, but not feeling very hopeful. I’ll update the review if they can help us to get it working.

New pressure washer
Received my new pressure washer and hadn’t used it yet and was unlucky to have a shed fire that burnt it before I got to use it. Giraffe tools have sent me a brand new one out of the goodness of their heart. Very appreciative, great customer service

Pressure Washer Pro improved component design
I recently had my pressure washer Pro replaced due to the unit loosing pressure. The response I received from product support was amazing. A replacement unit was sent to me free of charge. The new unit is greatly improved with slightly higher pressure, quiet running and a smooth stop when trigger is released. One component all pressure washers have is an Unloading valve and GT are now installing a greatly improved version in their units. I've purchased GT products since 2022 and must say their retract system is best in class, whether it's a garden hose reel, air hose reel or pressure washer, their design works well every time. I use the pressure washer a lot and I really like the 100 ft pressure hose, compact design and wall mounted. No other supplier comes close to this compact design. Combine those features with excellent customer service, and you end up with happy customers. I highly recommend Giraffe Tools equipment.
