As others have already pointed out, Gitscrum now appears to be a massive scam. I, too, was one of the project’s early supporters and, as a freelancer, invested a lot of money in it. At first, it seemed promising to me… especially the lifetime offer was attractive, since nowadays there are only subscription models and “per-seat” licenses available, which can quickly become very expensive. My first disappointment came after just one year, when storage space was limited and I—just like several others—was forced to upgrade my license to keep my data. The subsequent updates themselves were pretty sloppy… the user interface kept getting worse, with various bugs, poor UX (lack of user guidance, missing or poorly usable features, display errors)… …and finally came the announcement of Gitscrum Studio with great AI support, etc. The message was: If you purchased your license before date X, you can use all the new features with your LTD without paying extra. Just empty words… now many important features that I used to be able to use are hidden behind a paywall, and I’m being forced into a subscription at every turn. Guys, please stick to your agreements… if you act fairly and correctly, Gitscrum would have huge potential, not just for the big players, but also as a serious threat to the rest of the competition.

Regarding Gitscrum Client Flow, this is a new product line focused specifically on agency workflows, launched as a separate offering rather than as part of the core platform covered by the LTD. We understand the announcement may have caused confusion, and we're sorry if it felt misleading. We also take your comments about storage limits, UI changes, and UX seriously. Don’t be misled by GitScrum’s public response. Their offer of a refund is nothing more than a desperate attempt at damage control to salvage a ruined reputation. By moving the conversation to private email, they clearly intended to hide their continued manipulation from the public eye. I followed their instructions, and the result was exactly as expected: more stalling and more pressure to use their "new product." Let’s be clear: two years ago, we were held hostage—our data and projects were locked, and we were effectively extorted to pay more just to regain access. No one in their right mind would risk their business by trusting this company again. We were forced to pay for a product we couldn't even use, and we had to invest additional time and money to migrate to a reliable alternative. The fact that they publicly promised a refund but refuse to issue it privately is the final proof of their dishonesty. This is not just poor service; it is a calculated scam. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from GitScrum if you value your data and your peace of mind.

I wouldn't trust this company or anything else that the team is behind

I actually would prefer a founder who fails and closes down vs one who change the terms of their original agreement while continuing their business. Being an early supporter and adopter, you take a gamble on the founder, team, and their promises. Sometimes, you unfortunately witness the death of someone who dies trying to keep the dream alive. Other times you run into straight scams. Gitscrum is a gray area but what I consider to be unethical. LTD users getting upsells to purchase yet a newer LTD offer? Old data being deleted? If you change the rules on me once, there is nothing stopping you from making more changes in the future and that is something I cannot trust.

GitScrum.com is a fraud

This is a fraudulent company. My comment is consistent with the others. They offered a lifetime license, but decided to change the terms of service and the site is actually "unusable" now. In that I cant even proceed with the basic functions prior to their various updates. Despite emails requesting for a resolution no reply was forthcoming.

Un’azienda che offre piani a vita per poi rimangiarsi la parola nel 2023.Non ha una app per mobile ne per tablet (nel 2025 è impensabile!). Assolutamente da non tenere in considerazione, ci sono realtà migliori a prezzi vantaggiosi. State alla larga da questa azienda.
