The valet parking is not safe nor secure.
I recently used the valet parking for 10 days in Glasgow Airport. This is a service that I have used on a number of occasions in the past but after my recent experience I shall not be using it again. As I was leaving the car I decided that I wouldn’t need my denim jacket on holiday and placed it in the boot of my car. Unfortunately on my return the jacket had been stolen, and I assume that the only people entering my car are staff members, and that they were in areas of the car that they didn’t need to access to park it. I have made inquiries to two members of the airport parking, APCAO who informed me that they could only review the CCTV if the police requested it. Due to this, I recently reported it to the police; however the CCTV was no longer available. Due to this negative outcome, I would not recommend this service, which is being reported as being safe and secure, nor will I use it again in the future.

We had a very unpleasant experience with our British Airways boarding and our handling at the airport; there was no help and the impression that the staff were ignoring us.

Return passport control / immigration…
Return passport control / immigration is a complete joke. They have 5 automated passport terminals to handle all international fights.… keeping legal citizens waiting for hours like cattle to get back into your own country. Perhaps we were meant to get 25 terminals and Peter Murrell done that money too .The place is mucky, staff are disinterested. It's a disgrace for Scotland’s largest city. Shame on the management here.

Beware of the £7 trap when driving in
Beware of the poor signage when driving in, you will be conveniently funnelled into the drop off area and charged £7 for the privilege of passing through without stopping. We now fly out of Edinburgh whenever possible to avoid the trap!
