Ok, but don’t go DBB
It’s a nice hotel in cute little village. However do not opt for the DDB package as you’ll end up paying more than you would if you just walked in for a meal. It is expensive even in comparison to London prices. Not to knock it too much but it’s definitely not 4 star and we had a suite, water pressure is hopeless, lovely bath, but would have taken 3 days to run it. No bottled water as advertised, Rooms are not made up unless you stay 3 nights. The owner has the ability to act like she’s doing you a favour by letting you stay there. Some of the staff are damn right rude…don’t be in hospitality if you don’t want to be serving drinks at 11pm. I’m not sure if staffing is an issue given the quiet nature of of the area, but staff could try acting like they’d like to be there rather than being rude. It wasn’t a bad stay but we were a large party and tbe billing wasn’t itemised so you’ve no idea what you are being charge for.

Very fantastic hotel
Very fantastic hotel, very stilish decorated, very good dinner and super nice service, and the bar is an attraction all alone. It used to be in the Guinness book of records, because of all the different types of whisky, just amazing to see.
