Disgraceful
This company makes it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription. I’ve never seen anything like it. I understand I signed up for March to March, but they only let you give notice of cancellation at certain times of the month, if you can figure out how to do it all. They confirmed my cancellation and took out of my account a further TWO payments - each time I complained I had a new reply fobbing me off - they weren’t following the thread of my complaint which meant I had to explain over and over - perhaps this is also on purpose so that you just give up and let them help themselves to your money for the rest of your life. Like others I also threatened to take this to trading standards. Eventually they reassured me no further payments would come out but did not give me a satisfactory explanation on why they illegally took unauthorised payments from my account. They apologised, asked me to do a survey and said if I wanted refunded for the last two months payments I had to go to the trouble of returning the boxes I didn’t want. Absolute disgrace of a company (also, the boxes are fine, usually one good product in there to make it worthwhile. You would be better taking your money and spending it on something you actually want) Edit: no private message has been sent despite below reply

I would be very careful
I would be very careful. They will automatically renew your subscription and try to tie you in to a new 12 month agreement despite messaging them to cancel on time.

Ein absolut gutes…
Ein absolut gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Man bekommt hier immer mehr Ware als man bezahlen muss. Großartig!

Horrendous company
Horrendous company. Have at least managed to find out why my account was disabled. Glossybox accused me of setting up new accounts to receive discounts. The only reason I registered a new account was because they'd disabled my old one by accident. I even told them I used my partners email so I could continue to purchase. Slanderous at worst. I have spent thousands of pounds on advent calendars. Limited Edition beauty boxes. Monthly subscription boxes. Black Friday sale boxes etc. What a horrible way to treat your loyal customers and a shocking thing to accuse someone off. Ive seen so many complaints recently about glossybox and now I know why.
