Order arrived after nearly 3 weeks even though I paid extra for 1-2 day shipping and when I emailed to complain after 1 week of no updates they havent replied for 2 weeks.

Very little communication, long shipping delays.
This company has not replied to my 2 emails that were sent several weeks ago. It has been a month since I placed my order and they have finally communicated with me by sending me notice that my item was being prepared to be shipped. With the provided tracking number, I have been checking the status of my shipment, and there have been no updates mentioning my item is on its way for over a week. The process has been painstakingly slow, and due to the fact that they don't reply to my attempts to communicate with them, I was beginning to think that I had been a victim of a scam. Apparently this website is legitimate, as they have many positive reviews. I just wish I could give the same positive review myself. I am only giving them 2 stars review instead of 1 due to the salvation that they sent me a tracking number! I really hope I get my order within the next two weeks.

Hey sincerely these guys r the real deal. ive used similar pieces bought from ebay and amazon. both have failed. the outstanding quality of this product outlasted both being 2mm thicker than the competitor pieces in the middle of the H pattern would snap. NOT G\MOD. Thank you for the outstanding quality! really man! 10/10 compared to many.
