I ordered two shirts to bring with me…
I ordered two shirts to bring with me for holiday, i ordered it over 2 weeks in advance - their delivery is between 7- and 9 working days, which is obviously not true. The tracking gets no results, and eventually when i try to track it via «shop» app - there is no orders. I request a refund, since they obviously haven’t shipped the shirts. Only after requesting a refund after almost 3 weeks without a word, i get an updated tracking number from them - with no activity before 15th of July. The shirts are of no use this year because i couldn’t bring them with me on holiday, but maybe they arrive before summer 2027 - who knows? It is now 21 days since i ordered, the shirts haven’t even left china.

The jerseys were awesome! But...
The jerseys were awesome; great looking, and well made! But, I ordered 7, and only received 6. They failed to inform me that the jersey I ordered was no longer in stock, as it was in stock at the time of placing my order. I was given the option of receiving a full refund, or place another order, minimum of 3 jerseys. In turn I'd get 2 jersey for free. I guess it's a fix. But, I still wanted my 'JPN DRAGON SHENRON LE' jersey...

[UPDATED] Final Review
I originally placed my order on 9 June 2026 because my friends and I wanted to wear the jerseys during the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Unfortunately, they arrived over a month later, near the end of the tournament, so the main reason we ordered them was lost. To be fair, I completely understand that there was exceptionally high global demand during the World Cup, so delays were always a possibility. My biggest disappointment was the way my case was handled by customer support. I sent multiple emails and even tried calling, but received no response until I posted a negative review. Later, when communication stopped again, I had to update my review a second time before receiving another reply. Several reasonable questions about my original shipment were never answered, despite asking them repeatedly, and I was never given the clear explanations I expected as a customer. To their credit, Goat Kits informed me that the original shipment had been damaged, sent a replacement, and honoured the 30% refund they offered before I even received my order. I genuinely appreciate that and believe they deserve credit for keeping that promise. As for the jerseys themselves, they are genuinely excellent. We all knew we were buying not authentic shirts, but the quality honestly exceeded our expectations. The materials, stitching and overall attention to detail are outstanding for the price. I haven't washed them enough yet to judge their long-term durability, but based on my first impression alone, I would rate the product 5/5. Overall, Goat Kits left me with mixed feelings. Excellent products, disappointing customer support and a delivery time that was simply too long. Would I order from Goat Kits again? Honestly, I'm not sure. If their shipping times and customer support were significantly better, I would happily order from them again because their products are genuinely excellent. Unfortunately, the disappointing customer support and the very long delivery time make it difficult for me to confidently place another order. I truly believe that if Goat Kits improves its communication and delivery times, it has the potential to become one of the best places to buy high-quality replica football shirts.

Great shirts
So far I have ordered in total 8 shirts off them and every one has been absolutely perfect. The shirts take approx 2/3 weeks to arrive but the price is brilliant so a little wait is nothing
