Dopo la mia recensione hanno chiesto di rispondere con una mail non nascosta, spiacenti per l'accaduto e che avrebbero trovato una soluzione, risposta di circostanza, ma non hanno fatto niente per la risoluzione del problema. Pessimi. Inviata e-mail, come da loro richiesta, in data 04/08/2026. Nessuna risposta.

I purchased two Windows 11 activation…
I purchased two Windows 11 activation codes from GoDeal24. After contacting their support, I was given a response, but the issue was still not resolved. I then gave them a final deadline of five business days to either resend the activation codes I had already paid for or provide suitable replacements at no additional cost. That deadline has now passed and the matter remains unresolved. As a result, I will now proceed with a formal payment dispute/chargeback and provide the relevant correspondence and proof of purchase to my payment provider. Customers should not have to purchase the same products twice simply because previously purchased activation codes are no longer accessible. UPDATE: Following my review, GoDeal24 contacted me and provided two replacement Windows 11 activation keys at no additional cost. The issue has now been fully resolved. I appreciate their response and assistance in bringing the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.

It never worked!
I ordered Office Family, I paid and I installed it on my MacBook. Only WORDS was working. I had numerous email exchanges and finally, after carrying out numerous procedures recommended by them, none of the software programs worked, including WORDS. WASTE OF MONEY, that’s all I have to say.

I bought a license for office pro plus which worked for a while then it was detected as fraud and blocked. I contacted godeal24 almost a year ago so many times and they completely ignored me. Never got back to me. Do not buy from these scammers! REPLY: oh, NOW you do reply once I exposed your fraudolent policy, huh? You have left me years without a license and I had to buy a 2021 pro plus elsewhere as you NEVER replied my messages asking for support. The LEAST you can do now is to provide a office 2024 pro plus VALID license. Else, I swear to God I'm going to expose you everywhere on Reddit, Amazon and leave negative in depth reviews on your company. Order # GO2008104354128 P.S. as expected they just wanted to save appearances by replying here but they didn't contact me to offer a new license or a refund. Scammers! Scammers!

J'ai commandé une licence Windows 11 home à un prix très raisonnable, comme toujours. Il a fallu moins de 5 minutes pour recevoir le numéro de licence.
