I hope people reading reviews of any casino site will take this review into account and stay away from Golden Casino. Update: I am still waiting for my €2000 withdrawal. My first request was made on December 11, and a new request was submitted on January 21. It has now been over 70 business days, which is far beyond the stated 7–21 business day timeframe. Support keeps repeating the same answers without providing any real update or timeframe. Although I was told that my withdrawal will be paid, there is still no progress. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I am still waiting for my money.

Another dreadful organisation which doesn't answer any emails to their support team. I wouldn't give them any stars if it were possible. Stay well clear. Poor service

I am genuinely impressed with this site…
I am genuinely impressed with this site ..i have lost a lot .as normal with any casino!! But i have had a good few winnings .ive withdrawn a few smaller winnings like £500 and £600 .but ive also withdrawn £1700 and £1500 .with no problem ..took around 1-2 days to withdraw but allways delivered the funds ..not sure why all the negative reviews but my experience has been all good

So I originally cashed out £87 in 26th…
So I originally cashed out £87 in 26th of October 2025 and I never got given any of that money now in 2026 they still have the money in my account but now they’ve raised the withdrawal to £90 and will not cash me out they are a scam do not trust them under any circumstances
