st pauls cathedral not a tour entry o ly
The tours to st pauls cathedral are not tours as they are run by volunteers. There may be weddings on the day or other events which may li.it your experience. Do not give grief to the volunteers because you booked a tour round. You have'nt just the entry fee to get in.

Windsor Castle Tour
I am highly disappointed with Golden Tours regarding our Windsor Castle trip. We rang customer service this morning to see if we could possibly change our booking to tomorrow. This request was made because St George’s Chapel is closed on Sundays—a critical piece of information that the agent completely failed to mention when we purchased our tickets. Visiting the chapel was a major reason for our trip, and being left in the dark about its Sunday closure ruined the experience for us.When I called to resolve this, the representative over the phone was completely unhelpful and simply stated that everything was already confirmed for today. He even tried to excuse it by telling me that if I check their website, it states that the chapel is closed on Sundays. I pointed out that we booked in person with an agent who sells their tours, so it was their responsibility to inform us at the time of purchase.I am actually on the bus right now, and there are only 14 people on this entire tour. Given how empty the coach is and the fact that the issue stemmed from their own agent's poor communication, the complete lack of flexibility is incredibly frustrating. Double-check all opening times yourself before booking, as this company will not give you the full picture or help you when they make a mistake.Also the bus does not return to back to Bulleid Way you have to disembark at Gloucester Road and told if you want to go back to where you boarded the bus you need to catch the train 3 stops and that is at a cost too. I questioned the bus drive why??.His reply to this was this information is on your ticket but once again we bought our tickets through an agent and no information was provided or on our tickets. Everyone on the bus was very confused by this so obviously we are not the only ones that weren’t aware of this information. Better off using a different bus company that is willing and able to give you all this information before you book.

Tour was great despite the random rain…
Tour was great despite the random rain that soaked us. Armando our driver was awesome he was funny and super informative with historical facts. Great guy super friendly highly recommend!
