Am cont la acest casino .De mai bine de 7 lun .In 7 luni cred că am jucat mai bine de 15000-17000 de euro . Vreau sa spun că în acest timp am câștigat doar 900 de euro.Am depus un o suma îde 200 de euro ultima dat și mea oferit 500 Am jucat la beta mare am câștigat 4000 de euro .Cînd vreau sa retrag bani nu pot pentru că trebuie să joc pina la 9000 de euro ..După ce am spus că vreau sa retrag bani .Am jucat la același joc la aceiași beta de la 4000 de euro.Nu mea mai dat nimic Decit cînd mai avem în cont 500 de euro.Si ei zic că aparatele sunt aliatoriu.. Totul este controlat de ei .Cînd ceri cite un bonus fara depunere.Sau alt fel de bonus te trimită la rotiri .Și acolo îți dă 0.56-0.89....De centi . I asked a simple, straightforward question, and instead of actually reading what I wrote, Nicki responded with irrelevant copy‑and‑paste rubbish that had absolutely nothing to do with my issue. It was painfully obvious she wasn’t paying attention — just firing off pre-written text like a robot, none of which even remotely related to what I needed. Her incompetence is honestly unbelievable.No reading.No understanding.No instructions.Just mindless, useless spam replies that made the situation ten times harder than it needed to be. Trying to get help from GoldenEx — especially from Nicki — is an absolute nightmare. If this is the level of “support” they think is acceptable, the whole casino is a joke. They don’t care, they don’t listen, and they definitely don’t help. One star. Avoid GoldenEx unless you enjoy being ignored, frustrated, and treated like you’re wasting their time.

Beware of this casino if you are a compulsive gambler like me. I contacted them a week ago asking to close my account because I would like to take a pause gambling. It’s still not done.
