This company takes your money and doesn’t send the goods you ordered. I have never received my order, and they don’t even respond to my email. So frustrating.

zeer slecht bedrijf, bestelling is nooit aangekomen, is ook niet voor getekend. Goldsilver.be doet niets, zelfs mijn account is verwijderd schandalig bedrijf!

Paid goods worth several thousand euros withheld – case escalated
Extremely serious experience with GoldSilver.be. They are withholding several thousand euros worth of goods that I have already fully paid for. They also reactivated old orders that they themselves had marked as cancelled months earlier, and communication has been extremely difficult. Most seriously, they are now demanding that I pay an order belonging to another customer before they will continue communicating with me: “No payment for order XXXXXX means no more communication from us. Over & out!” That order is not mine. I have repeatedly offered to resolve the matter and pay the applicable cancellation/difference costs relating to my own orders. Instead, I have received incorrect customer/order information, aggressive replies and no workable solution. The case has now been escalated to the European Consumer Centre Denmark. If it cannot be resolved there, I am prepared to continue through legal assistance and, if necessary, the courts. All payments, screenshots, order histories and correspondence have been preserved. ( Then you opened a second account, placed an order when prices were much lower. ---> My answer to that is still: I still only have one private account. Please try to understand that part. This could have been resolved by now with better communication and by understanding the situation correctly. )

Es mi segundo pedido en Goldsilver.be y todo ha ido (otra vez) de maravilla! Tienen de los mejores precios que puedas encontrar en toda la Unión Europea, una buena variedad de productos y son muy cuidadosos con el envío. Todo llega bien protegido con bolsitas, relleno de cartón reciclado y nubecillas de porexpan, en un paquete bien discreto para evitar cualquier daño en el transporte y cualquier fisgoneo. Literalmente en mi top 3 de mejores tiendas con las que puedes operar por Internet con euros!

Très bonne expérience avec Goldsilver.be Ce qui m'a surtout convaincu chez Goldsilver, ce sont les prix très compétitifs, mais aussi le choix et la disponibilité des produits. On trouve régulièrement les références que l'on cherche en stock, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Les livraisons sont rapides et l'emballage est particulièrement soigné. Les produits sont bien protégés et les colis restent discrets, ce qui est un vrai plus pour ce type d'achat. Jusqu'à présent, je n'ai également rien à redire sur la qualité et la conformité des produits reçus: les commandes correspondent à ce qui est annoncé et les articles arrivent bien protégés. Bref, de bons prix, du choix, du stock, des envois rapides et soignés, des produits conformes et des colis discrets. Pour ma part, c'est une adresse que je recommande pour l'achat d'or et d'argent.
