Absolutely wonderful buying experience. Probably the best online purchase I have made. This isn't hyperbole. From finding them very competitive on price (one of the lowest I've seen from a legit site) to very helpful, pre-order customer service chat to check stock and delivery etc. Add to that a working discount code to make them the best price online and then it arrived the next day! All for standard free delivery. Amazing shop and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will absolutely use them again in a heartbeat. Wonderful wonderful wonderful. Thank you so much.

I had an issue with an Odyssey putter
I had an issue with an Odyssey putter, and was told by Callaway to contact one of their agents. I chose Golfworx in Boldon, and spoke to Karl. The service from Karl was first class; professional, straight forward and extremely helpful. This has made my experience with Callaway and their agent, Karl at Golfworx, one that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Was a wee bit wary about using Golfworx…..
Was a wee bit wary about using Golfworx as I was not overly familiar with them. Placed an order for a putter which unfortunately went a little awry at the supplier’s end. I’ve always believed customer service is best measured when things go wrong and Karl was outstanding in stepping in to sort things out. If you are like me and tend to favour the known contenders online, give Golfworx a go. I’m confident you won’t be disappointed. Thx again Karl the putter is great and I haven’t said that in a long time 😂

Excellent start to finish
Fantastic service start to finish, the highest handicap golfer you can imagine here and the team took time out to explain why I would benefit from an alternative driver versus the one I originally ordered. Said driver then arrived the next day, clear to see they care about their customers. The price was the best around too.
