Quick email responses!!!
Even though communication was over email, as soon as the conversation was started, the response was quick. I could reply and get a reply with next steps in minutes after. I appreciated it not taking days of replying back and forth to resolve the issue and get me approved as a company "employee" and get our Organization approved as a Non-profit.
