It's for customers of the horrible giant. I bought a pixel phone. The battery has swollen. Google refused any replacement or refund because the warranty had expired. They sent me in loops demanding I complete online forms that achieved nothing. I specifically asked if they were denying me my statutory rights which extend beyond the warranty period. Google offered me a refund. Then their Asian call centre powered by Google's own AI started delaying once more. This is an obnoxious uncaring company. I will be pursuing a case through the courts to get the refund they offered me. will not allow me share Google's email for customer care. But the start of it is store-support The middle is @ The end is google.com

Change of country
Moved to Ireland from the uk December 2025 tried multiple times to change country in settings following their instructions, contacted Google customer services 4 times they just reply your in the UK and are unable to change my country settings..do no humans work at Google that could help ..unable to download on play for the apps I need for revenue and welfare
