Complete and utter criminals
Complete and utter criminals. Ordered now the 2nd time a Nova and a RP6, BOTH no preorders. They are getting your money at once, and the status is "we are preparing your items for shipment". After 12 days i asked what the hell this is. The answer was a schedule link with when you ordered and when it gets shipped. Usually within 3 or 4 weeks the item should be have arrived. Now after 1 month and 4 days (!!!) my status is still "we are preparing your items for shipment"!!! This is fraudm this is highly criminal. They give a shit about their customers. BEWARE of this company at all costs. Buy it used if u really want.

When placing my order, I looked for shipping/product insurance but no offers were available to my recollection (I placed an order during February 2026). Sure enough, my product was stolen and the only help offered to me was to contact my local police department. Don't buy from goretroid if there's any chance of your package being stolen by neighbors or the delivery service they use

Great
The delivery time was considerably long, even though I paid extra for expedited shipping. Nonetheless, the Pocket Flip 2 works and feels amazing. You definitely get what you pay for. Would recommend.

Dont buy from retroid there dont care…
Dont buy from retroid there dont care there customer service. My rp3+ catcher on fire and burnt up randomly yes i was using its charger it came work. I reached out to see if they can help with repairs or give a deal for a new one . But they told me there would be happy to help them basically laughed and ignored my messages. Don't buy from them

Do not order from Retroid
I would strongly advise anyone against ordering a Retroid product. I ordered the Retroid Pocket Classic a month ago and Evri has either stolen or lost the item in transit, confirming this over email. Despite this, Retroid is unwilling to do anything to help me and is advising me to “be patient” 11 days after the item was due to be delivered. It’s beyond ridiculous. I’ve cancelled my preorder of the Retroid Pocket Nova and I will never purchase a Retroid product ever again. I advise anyone to do the same.
