False advertising
I ordered a shirt on 12/5 and a few days later received an email saying expected arrival was 12/13. I tracked the order and it said Cincinnati,OH on 12/12. On 12/13 the tracking said Honolulu, HI! I live in OH so was surprised to see that. I called the 1-800 number and had 2 condescending customer service representatives. The first woman hung up on me and the man was just rude. I got better results via chat and that person escalated to a manager. I received product 12/17, a day before company gift exchange but I’m disappointed that this company is really in China and they lie and say they’re in the US.

VERY disappointed. Quality much worse than previsou order.
I just received my 2nd mug and it was horrible! I ordered a very similar mug a couple years ago and it was perfect but now they are being processed out of the country apparently as that is where my payment was processed. You cannot read the writing/names or tell what kind of dogs they are supposed to be. Very disappointed.

Great experience
Great experience. Ordered the hat that says “protected by (insert name of dog)” for our future grandson. Order was delivered promptly and just as expected. Good quality. Our son and daughter in law absolutely loved it! Very happy customer!

Worst Customer Service Ever
Placed an order in October. As of 11/27, I still have not received the order. The company is doing nothing to track the order. The only thing they offered is to return half of my shipping costs. That is a slap in the face. They pull at your heartstrings with their sentimental products and then don’t deliver. Buyer beware if you are trying to get something on a timely basis.
