We had an excellent tour with an amazing guide who was there for everything we needed and gave great and excellent explanations. He adapted the tour completely to our needs so we could have the best day possible. In conclusion, an amazing service perfect for every kind of group.

More Than a Guide – An Unforgettable Experience From the very beginning, our guide made the whole experience feel effortless and special. He is professional, punctual, respectful, and incredibly attentive to his guests. His knowledge of the area is outstanding. He knows the best places to visit, recommends excellent hotels, and always has great suggestions that add something extra to the journey. You never feel like you are simply following a standard itinerary. What makes him truly exceptional is the way he takes care of his guests. He listens, understands what you enjoy, and adjusts the schedule whenever needed. Everything is well organized, but there is always room for flexibility and personal wishes. We felt completely comfortable and well looked after throughout the entire trip. More than just a great guide, he is someone who genuinely cares about giving his guests the best possible experience. A truly memorable journey and a guide we would recommend 100%!

Great Two Days in Beijing
We had a great two days with our guide Clare, pickup and itinerary were confirmed ahead of time and exactly as agreed. Clare was friendly and knowledgeable and also assisted with things like restaurant reservations which was appreciated. We also had a private driver in a lovely air conditioned car to transport between attractions included in the price.

Our private tours of the Bernese Oberland and Appenzell with Fernando exceeded every expectation and became two of the highlights of our time in Switzerland. From the outset, Fernando delivered the personalized attention, professionalism, comfort, flexibility, and impeccable service one hopes for from a truly high-quality private experience. Every detail was handled with care, allowing us to relax fully and appreciate the spectacular scenery. Fernando offers a choice of luxury vehicles, all of which are exceptionally comfortable. His driving was smooth, confident, and professional, and we felt safe and well looked after throughout both days. Along the way, he shared engaging information about the places we visited, providing useful context without turning the experience into a formal historical lecture. He also explained that guests seeking a more in-depth exploration can arrange for a professional tour guide to join the experience and provide additional historical and cultural insight. We appreciated having that option, while also enjoying the relaxed, flexible style of touring with Fernando himself. Each day was thoughtfully tailored to us rather than built around a rigid itinerary. We never felt rushed, and Fernando adjusted the pace naturally so we could linger where we wished, enjoy each stop, and take in the magnificent surroundings. His careful planning and attentive service made everything feel effortless. Just as importantly, Fernando is warm, gracious, humorous, and genuinely committed to ensuring that his guests have a wonderful time. He made us feel comfortable from the beginning and brought a personal touch that transformed beautiful destinations into truly memorable experiences. Easy customized tour
Serkan arranged transportation from our hotel to the old city and then to the airport which was really helpful for our group of 10 during our Istanbul layover. We saw so much in a short time. It was a great intro to Istanbul - peaking our interest for a return trip.
