I purchased a WordPress plugin Bookings…
I purchased a WordPress plugin Bookings and Appointments For WooCommerce Premium 5.2.5, but unfortunately, the theme file I received appeared to be corrupted and could not be installed or used. I contacted their customer support multiple times through both email and support tickets to request assistance. However, I have not received any response so far. As a paying customer, I expected either a working product or reasonable support to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, I received neither. My experience has been very disappointing: * The theme file I received was corrupted/non-functional. * Multiple attempts to contact customer support went unanswered. * No replacement file was provided. * No refund was offered. * There was no meaningful after-sales support. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend GPLPlugins.club at this time. If you are considering purchasing from this website, I suggest being cautious, as my attempts to obtain assistance after encountering a problem were unsuccessful. I am willing to update this review if the company resolves the issue by providing a working theme file or issuing an appropriate refund.

I purchased a WordPress theme from GPLPlugins.club for **USD 1.97**. Unfortunately, the theme file I received was corrupted and could not be installed or used. I contacted their support multiple times through email and support tickets, but I did not receive any response. As a paying customer, I expected at least a working product or basic customer support, but I got neither. My experience has been extremely disappointing: * Corrupted/non-working theme file. * No response from customer support. * No replacement or refund provided. * Complete lack of after-sales service. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this website. If you decide to purchase from them, be aware that you may not receive any assistance if something goes wrong. I will update this review if the company resolves my issue by providing a working file or an appropriate refund.

Stay away, Fake website with no support
Seems to be a fake website. I have paid but my membership is not activated. Even i have created ticket which are unanswered from 2 working days. I will suggest people to stay away.
