I contacted the company due to a payment being taken automatically for year 2 that I wasn't aware of. As I no longer required the service as I now have a Mercedes with a tracker built I requested a refund. kevin the general sales manager was so helpful and gladly assisted me in refunding my payment. I'm extremely happy with the service I received and can wholeheartedly recommend this company.
