The AI nightmare that is Grammarly!
This is my second review of the AI nightmare that is Grammarly. I have wasted days that I will never get back trying to get the Pro version working. Support is almost non existent and when I try to leave they offer you the moon to stay, without actually addressing the reason I am leaving. ProWritingAid isn't that great either but at least it works, and their support is a little better. When will companies realise that having AI bots for customer service issues is damaging their reputations. Any investors out there, I would advise that they put their money into companies who employ humans as I can see people flocking to such enlightened organisations!

I signed up for a week-long trial period of Grammarly. I was travelling and did not succeed in cancelling the subscription within the seven days, and the annual fee was charged as scheduled. Сайт зроблено таким чином - щоб ввійти споживач міг - а відмовитись - не міг! Дав запит в Штучний Інтелект - як відмовитись від підписки - мені розповіли і показали кроки і сторінки. А на сайті цих сторінок немає! Тобто обман! Дуже не задоволений сервісом!

Using Grammarly is highly beneficial to me on a daily basis. Mostly, I use this tool to help me with checking the grammar, spelling and to enhance my sentence structures. The ease of use of this tool and the time saved in making suggestions is one of the things that makes me very content.
