When you rent a Qashqai for a week and end up with an Opel Mokka that won't fit your luggage, it’s disgraceful and amounts to false advertising... It’s easy to be the cheapest option if you provide a vehicle from a supposedly "equivalent" category that is actually worth half the price and belongs to a completely different segment!

Avoid this company, it's an organized scam. Absolutely awful experience. We booked an SUV, but they gave us a huge van instead, which was completely unsuitable for us and far less comfortable than the car we had actually booked. We specifically did not want a van. The worst part is that they charged €700 for alleged scratches that simply did not exist. Since our insurance was through Booking.com rather than directly with them, they seem to take advantage of this and make you deal with Booking afterwards to try to get your money back. What makes the situation even worse is the way they handle it: they know you have a flight to catch, so they put you under pressure and leave you with no real time to argue or properly contest their claims. The staff were rude, unprofessional and completely unfriendly. Being charged €700 for damage that was not there, on a vehicle we never even wanted in the first place, is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. In my experience, their behavior was nothing short of a scam.

Awful
Awful. They gave us a van that was too big for us, and very uncomfortable compared to the SUV we booked. Also since we had the insurance through booking and not through them, they stated the car had damage that really doesn’t exist, so they keep more money from my card, and now the problem is mine to collect the money back from booking. Rude, unprofesional, not friendly staff was the cherry ok the cake.

Lentissimi alla consegna. Ci hanno dato un furgone ingombrante invece di una auto 7 posti. Al ritorno ci hanno contestato danni inesistenti. Da evitare assolutamente.
