I am writing this review with deep disappointment and exhaustion. I genuinely trusted gt.bet and believed they were a fair operator. Throughout our entire communication over the last five months, I remained polite, patient, and completely open to resolving our issue privately and reasonably. I gave them extra time and space to fix this because I carry heavy personal responsibilities taking care of my family and my mother. This situation matters deeply to my family's well being, and being left without answers for months has caused immense stress. During onboarding, gt.bet allowed me to sign up, deposit a total of €3,625, and place wagers instantly without basic KYC checks, identity verifications, or checks against national self-exclusion registries like CRUKS. After withdrawing €1,470, I requested a complete account review regarding my remaining €2,155 net balance. Support opened Ticket #56Yc2eq on May 3. Over the following months, I received repetitive template emails citing internal checks, legal reviews, and third-party processor delays, without any concrete updates. I continued to write back respectfully asking for a status update, but since July 16, support has stopped responding entirely and ignored all follow-ups. I gave gt.bet every opportunity to handle this behind closed doors. It is deeply painful to be ignored after showing nothing but cooperation and respect. I still want to resolve this amicably. I am open to a fair conversation and willing to reach a reasonable compromise on the return amount just to settle this matter peacefully and put it behind us.
