Only leaving a 1 star review as I can't leave a zero. The worst customer service. Late orders, zero updates and they straight up lie to you on the phone. Sad... But I hope they go out of business

Online ordering needs improving!!
Online ordering needs improving!! Placed two orders online both of them got cancelled and i received a email with no explanation just we regret we have had to cancel your order. I then rang there customer service team and managed to speak to someone who explained it’s the system they use and will email me a payment link. The payment link goes through straight away and secures your order. The only reason i decided to shop online is I got a free cosmetic bag and headband and 9 samples which is amazing. I received my order next day with DPD. The packaging is lovely very high end and luxury. The samples came in a cotton pouch with a gold embossed card. All came inside the white gold embossed box which had a ribbon on it. Presentation is faultless. I love the Abeille Royale range. The products are like no other luxurious to use and they do work. Worth every penny. This has not put me off buying online. I shall still place an order online if there are any other problems i shall phone up and speak with customer services and get them to send me a payment link.

I placed order #12436937 on July 29, 2026. The parcel went missing during transit via DHL. Instead of proactively handling the issue, Guerlain’s customer service sent generic template responses, completely ignoring the situation. I was forced to spend over a week conducting the investigation with DHL Security myself. After I personally provided official proof from DHL that the parcel was lost, Guerlain finally replied on August 13, promising that a full refund was "being processed." Over a week passed—NO refund was issued, NO order status was updated, and subsequent inquiries requesting transaction proof (ARN/Credit Note) were met with total silence, ignoring a direct 24-hour deadline. Only after I was forced to open a formal dispute via PayPal was the issue resolved and my money recovered. A luxury status is about service, respect, and accountability—not just fancy packaging. Guerlain demonstrated complete incompetence, zero customer support, and sheer disrespect for my time. Absolutely unacceptable.

Guerlain levert niet uit na betaling
Wij hebben vanuit Zwitserland online bij Guerlain parfum besteld en betaald telefonisch hebben wij daarvoor een DPD tracking nummer van Guerlain doorgekregen. Bij DBP is men hiervan niet op de hoogte. Bij Guerlain houdt men bij hoog en bij laag vast aan de toezegging dat de goederen echter per DPD waren verzonden. Wij hebben tot op heden niets mogen ontvangen en krijgen ook geen restitutie van het door ons vooruit betaalde bedrag. Dit lijkt verdacht veel op oplichting. Wij bevelen Guerlain derhalve beslist niet aan Guerlain
