AI Customer Service? Terrible.
I honestly have no words. ArenaNet/Guild Wars 2 customer support team is completely useless. I decided I wanted to give Guild Wars 2 another try, but having not played in over 8 years I forgotten my account information. After some digging I figured out the email it was associated with but no longer had access to that email domain. After emailing the customer 'support' team I was met swiftly with multiple canned responses saying "they couldn't help" even after providing all of the information they asked for. The responses were so similar in style that my only assumption is that no human ever read my emails at all and it was all handled by AI. What a terrible experience for someone who wants to try out their game again in anticipation for Guild Wars 3.

Really bad, before expansion was ok I buy expansion is frustrating, map that are a mess, labyrinth., for do one thing you have to find the road before ... ok exploration but not like this, story really boring, dialog long that you can't skip, chaotic, every event are almost the same, defend npc, kill a monster ... global event is like a joke you stay there and wait, your influence on the boss is like nothing, you have to do event to unlock part of the map but if the event non start when you are there ... you have to wait, if start and there isn't so much player you fail ... really .. you call this game like time friendly and respect player ... cmon maybe you never play to nice game, you are force to do mastery point or you can't go to some part in the map .... really so disappointed I loose money for buy expansion .... the game until is free is good .. with the expansion .....totaly bad play other game believe me

Amazing game and customer service
Guild wars 2 is such an amazing game. Their customer service? Absolutely amazing! Actually one of the best that I've come across, they are super helpful and can provide help that is within their abilities. I've also been able to meet some of the developers within the game! Super nice and welcoming that love to engage with their community.

I tried to make an account numerous times and have kept receiving the same message 'There was an unspecified error. Please try again.' None of the passwords I put was working and it was never telling me why so I used the google auto generator. I chose a display name and the box was also red without telling me why. I had to retry for over an hour then my email was in red so I assume it somehow made an account. I tried to login with the same password signing up then it said it is wrong so I did reset password and it detected an account so I tried to input that one then it said I cannot use that password? I had to make a new password. I then tried to login and it says my account was blocked for security purposes. I have to contact support and the only way to contact them is logging in, but I cannot login. I cannot sign up with another email. Their sign up system is completely broken and I don't care anymore to try the game out.
