$6,457.65 Missing payouts and my account was suspended after I raised the issue
I would give Gumroad 0 stars if I could. I had approximately $6,457.65 in total funds at issue, including four payouts that were supposedly processed but none of them ever reached my bank account: • August 4, 2026 — ৳134,772.73 BDT • August 11, 2026 — ৳97,840.57 BDT • August 18, 2026 — ৳229,452.55 BDT • August 25, 2026 — ৳60,904.31 BDT The four missing payouts total ৳522,970.16 BDT, and I also had approximately $900 remaining balance. When I contacted Gumroad to report the missing payouts and tried to get the issue resolved, my account was suspended. I was also informed that the partner bank required Form C and a Declaration Form in connection with the payouts. But it was a lie. Without any payment notiofications or funds received how anyone can fill out the C form. And C form is not required below 10000 USD Transactions. Instead of getting a clear resolution, I am now dealing with both missing payouts and a suspended account. I have payout records and can provide bank statements and supporting documentation showing that the funds were not received. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. When a platform is holding thousands of dollars of a creator's money, I expect transparency, proper communication, and a clear resolution—not account suspension after reporting a payout problem. Gumroad: Please explain where my money is, why the payouts were not credited to my bank, why asked Form C and the Declaration Form without sending any funds to my bank, and why my account was suspended without showing any issues. Very disappointing experience. Stay away from this scam.

These people suspended my account for absolutly no reason the day before payout! and when i asked for the reason they provided no response at all! they just wants to scam the people from other countries who can't come to US and sue them! and enjoy with their money!

I signed up and started to place products, no way I can export, its super expensive and I cant seem to reach support, this is a very bad app, the theme cant be changed, and I cant import my products, I decided to go to sailo.store eventually, much better and fast support

I downloaded some free addons for…
I downloaded some free addons for Blender, a 3d program and all of a sudden I noticed money missing from my bank account, supposedly coming form purchases of unrelated gumroad products, which i never purchased or even looked . I have not used it since. they were not very helpful at all, just repeating back what I had told them. my bank refunded the money fortunately
