I’ve been very pleased with my Gym Frog Reformer! Overall, it feels incredibly sturdy, well-built, and like a genuinely good-quality piece of equipment. It operates smoothly and quietly, and for the price, I feel like it has been an excellent value. I’ve really enjoyed being able to incorporate reformer workouts at home in addition to my studio Pilates classes. Shipping from Gym Frog was quick. The only hiccup was with the third-party shipping company used for the final delivery. There were a couple of additional days added due to their logistics, and communication from the carrier could definitely have been better. That said, I don’t consider that a reflection of the quality of the reformer itself. Once it arrived(still within 10 days of ordering), I was very happy with my purchase. It feels substantial and stable during workouts, runs quietly, and gives me the quality and functionality I was hoping for without the price tag of some of the much more expensive reformers. It did NOT come with assembly instructions, but it was 90% pre-assembled and a quick google search led me to a video that showed me step by step what to do. EASY!! So far, I think Gym Frog offers an excellent combination of quality, functionality, and value, and I would absolutely recommend it to someone looking for a solid home reformer. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. It was delivered on time and seamlessly and almost all set up. There wasn’t instructions included but customer service was amazing and responded quickly with a video to finish setup. Loving my reformer already. Have used it twice and just received today!

Better than I dreamed of!
Ordered in late May, during an amazing sale, and it arrived in only 2 weeks despite it saying it could take up to 8 weeks. It was shipped already mainly assembled, in one piece, on a palette. It arrived perfectly, and only took 10 minutes to fully set up. It is a very solid reformer, better than many I tried at studios, and for a fraction of the price you’ll pay for a name brand. So happy with my purchase!

Sturdy & functional Pilates Reformer
Product arrived within 10 days of ordering. Delivery was very convenient (London). I received a timeframe of 90mins and the chaps arrived on the dot of 7am, all before school dropoff and work. They took it off the truck and brought inside my door. I then managed to open the crate and build the machine by myself in approximately 2 hours. I asked for assistance re set-up/build and a video guide was sent within 10 minutes. Addition for their instruction video would be to show how to fold up and store away safely. I worked it out by trial and error. I've now done a few sessions plus taken 1 client through a class on the bed and it works a treat! If any negatives, the footbar could have a bit more range. Overall, very good machine and value for money. thanks!
