Great quality and excellent service The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and my trainers were delivered exactly on the agreed date and time. The quality is excellent — they look great, feel great and are extremely comfortable. They would normally be a little outside my price range, but thanks to a fantastic sale, I was able to make the purchase. I’m really pleased with them and would definitely recommend them. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had ordered two suits and after 10…
I had ordered two suits and after 10 days I was told that the order was been cancelled and there was no availability. I called the store on Regent Street and they managed to locate one and then after a week again to tell me that it’s not available. Can you please resolve your inventory? I’m not sure why you advertise availability of products only to disappoint customers otherwise I would’ve got another suit which is now unfortunately not in sale. I would like a generous gesture of Goodwill in order to restore my faith in your brand otherwise I will not be ordering anything further. Please let me know if somebody can call me to discuss this.

My first 'click and collect' order from Hackett. I was kept fully updated, and i was in and out of the shop (Liverpool Street) in minutes. Very good.

The management and staff at Regent…
The management and staff at Regent Street branch are soooo rude, impolite and unwelcoming. I was there on Saturday 22 August and the bald man (possibly the manager) rudely ignored me seeing standing behind a talkative customer at the till and instead of he, himself helping me paying for the product I wanted to pay, decided to go and watched me from another spot in the shop. Then after about 20 minutes standing there for the talkative customer and inexperienced staff dealing with that customer, several other staff came and made other customers pay for their goods while the bald man still watching me without coming forward and let me pay and go or asking another staff to help me. Eventually I gave up and left the shop without buying what I wanted.
