I'm not even gonna bother subscribing, especially after reading reviews here. But I felt like they deserved a piece of my mind after my experience. I tried using my new user bonus credits to generate a video. The text area where you write your prompt, instead of inserting a new line when I hit Shift+Enter, it ******* submitted my prompt as if I was done, and the service ate 105 of my 200 credits. Welcome to UI/UX in 2026, ladies and gentlemen. If such a central piece of their service is so jank or a scummy dark pattern on purpose, God only knows what other things are broken or a trap, making the whole thing not worth your time and money.

Buyer Beware: Customer Support Is Practically Nonexistent The AI video generator itself worked. My complaint is not about the product. I was charged on June 29. The charge may have been legitimate. The problem began when I tried to manage my account. I could not find any way to: Change my payment method. Manage my subscription. Contact customer support. I then attempted to delete my account. The site instructed me to enter a verification code that would be sent by email. The verification email never arrived despite multiple attempts, leaving me unable to delete the account. I eventually found contact email addresses only by searching through the company's legal documents—not through any obvious Support or Contact page on the website. At that point, I instructed my bank to block any future charges from this merchant. If a company is going to charge customers on a recurring basis, it should provide a straightforward way to manage subscriptions, update payment information, cancel an account, and contact customer support. That was not my experience. I won't do business with HailuoAI again, and I would encourage anyone considering a subscription to investigate the customer support experience before providing payment information.

Comme d'autres commentaires, j'ai payé pour 1 mois et j'ai été prélevé tout els mois depuis soit 120 euros de trop. c'est clairement des voleurs, car j'ai échangé avec eux et soit ils ne répondent pas ou soit ils demandes des justificatifs des capture d'écran à l'infini et ça ne s'arrête jamais et pendant ce temps ils te débitent tout les mois.

Poor Refund Support and Misleading Expectations
I subscribed to Hailuo AI today expecting features that the platform does not actually provide as advertised. After purchasing, I realized the platform was much more limited than expected and I could barely use the credits. I contacted support requesting a refund shortly after the purchase, but the support experience has been disappointing so far. I hope the company improves transparency about the platform limitations and provides better customer support for refund requests.
