I’ve owned a Halo Theme for my online jewelry business, Karen Curtis NYC, for years, but when I began updating my website on BigCommerce and really utilizing its design features back in March, working with their support team became an absolute game-changer. As a store owner, having a theme that looks great is only half the battle... having a responsive, highly skilled technical team behind it makes all the difference. From my very first interaction this year with Lisa, to Mint (who was also fantastic), and now Alex (who is also amazing!), every single person on their team has been remarkably helpful, friendly, and prompt. Whenever I encounter a glitch, need an update, or have a question, the Halo team steps in immediately to fix it. They don't just fix issues, they actively help improve the overall user experience of my website, even assisting with custom template adjustments like global spacing boxes. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and dedication to testing make managing my site so much easier. Their tech support is exceptionally skilled, fast with turnarounds, and clear when explaining technical fixes. Whether you are on BigCommerce or Shopify, I cannot recommend Halo Themes enough if you want a flexible theme backed by top-tier customer support! Excellent support for our Ella Shopify theme
We use the Ella Shopify theme for our flower shop, Le langage des fleurs in Munich, and recently needed support after updating to a newer theme version. I was very impressed with the support from the Halo Themes team, especially Alex. He carefully investigated the issues, reproduced them and created a separate copy of our live theme so that the necessary fixes could be made and tested safely without affecting our live store. One of the issues involved product videos behaving differently on desktop and mobile. Alex continued working on it until the problem was completely resolved on both devices. He also took the time to explain how to properly preview and test an unpublished Shopify theme on mobile. Communication was always friendly, patient and professional, and I never had the feeling that they were simply trying to close the ticket quickly. For us, good support is an important part of choosing a Shopify theme because an online store is a long-term project.
