Beware of this company. All made in China products so they are unwilling to process and returns or exchanges. Much better to use a traditional retailer.

AVOID
AVOID. SCAM. Waiting well over a month now for some handles that they said would be 10 days. I got an automated reply every time I asked for an update om delivery. Started asking for a refund and to cancel and now don't hear back from them. Obviously a dodgy operator.

At worst this is a complete scam
At worst this is a complete scam. At best it's a Chinese supplier who is pretending to provide dupes or copies of legitimate higher quality hardware. I luckily only purchased a sample to test out the product and see if I could see the quality and get a hand feel for a kitchen remodel. I NEVER received my order and never heard back from the company. You are better off ordering from wayfair, ferguson, or another trusted supplier.

This company is fake or a sham please stay away…
This company is fake or a sham placed order on April 30th and still no product with no timeline in sight. Please stay away from them for your own sake. They do not deliver the product and I have spent hours trying to resolve with them. I finally broke down and just bought through another reputable company.

I actually had a very positive experience with their customer service. Brian helped me with correcting the order I had originally received and shipped me a new order with the correct dimensions. He was very responsive along the way. I received the product and it looks fabulous when installed .
