The staff were helpful. The main facility had communal stores of commodities and charging cables that were left behind by previous customers that were free so it helped you on your way. These caches were not extensive but helpful. The camper van was clean and had most items you would need on a van camping trip. The vans were easy to drive. Relatively comfortable. About half way into the trip we had vehicle issues. The staff were understanding and made every effort to correct the situation for us. The real test of a company rest with how they respond to problems. This company was great.

We rented a Happy 1 for 5 days to visit the south coast of Iceland, also choosing Happiest Bundle comprehensive insurance, and we can say it was the best choice we could make! Traveling by van gave us incredible freedom and flexibility: being able to decide the pace of the trip, stop where we wanted, and visit wonderful places without being tied to schedules or reservations was an unforgettable experience. In particular, the fact that campsites accept arrivals at any time, even when the reception is closed, simply asking to make payment the day after opening or via a payment link, is really convenient. It allowed us to make the most of the 24 hours of light in July and experience Iceland with our times. The Happy Campers' service was also excellent. The employees were super helpful, attentive, and professional: they explained in detail how to use the van and remained available for any questions or clarifications. We also really appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport, organized with return routes every hour. It's a really convenient service, especially after a flight, and makes arrival and departure much easier and stress-free. In addition, having fuel discounts available is an additional benefit that we found very useful during the trip. During the trip we also had a small inconvenience: a door would no longer close properly. We contacted their support service via WhatsApp and were helped promptly and effectively. The operator was extremely patient and helpful, and when necessary, a technician reached us directly to resolve the issue. Truly impeccable assistance, which made us feel followed and calm even during the trip. The van's return was also handled impeccably: everything was simple, clear, and quick, and even at this stage we found helpful and professional staff. In conclusion, renting a van was the perfect way to experience the south coast of Iceland, and the experience with this agency was really positive in every way. Freedom, convenience, professionalism and excellent care: we absolutely recommend it!

Excelente opción Happy Campers
Durante 12 días de julio recorrimos con la Campers prácticamente toda Islandia y todo fue estupendamente. La furgoneta nos sirvió de transporte y casa con su agua corriente, cocina frigorífico y hasta calefacción. Su estado era impecable, limpia y con las ruedas casi nuevas.Lo pasamos muy bien. Además nos recogieron a la llegada en nuestra ubicación cerca del aeropuerto y nos llevaron luego allí. También, y esto es muy importante, les estamos muy agradecidos porque nos bonificaron lo que el año pasado no pudimos disfrutar por un grave asunto familiar inesperado. Muchas gracias Jon. Allt var toppen! Gick smidigt att hämta och lämna bilen och hade inga problem under resans gång. Ola var också helt fantastisk och gjorde verkligen allt för att man skulle ha en så trevlig upplevelse som möjligt. Hon är otroligt kunnig i allt hon gör

My partner and I had a fantastic experience with Happy Campers, with an easy shuttle from the airport to pick up our campervan. The campervan had all the necessities, was perfectly clean and set up in a perfect way to camp easily. Big thank you to Ola, Marina, Sonya and Mateusz who helped us and answered all our questions about driving and camping throughout Iceland. You all made us feel welcomed from the second we walked in! We would strongly recommend to anyone thinking of renting a car in Iceland to save on expensive accommodation and to camp with Happy Campers instead:)
