Avoid like the plague! Scammers
Ordered 2 NVME drives on 27 Apr 2026, claimed to be in stock, same-day dispatch. On 5 May I receive an email saying that one of the drives is faulty and they can't dispatch it. I asked them to dispatch the one they have an agree for them to source a replacement for the second within a week. On 8 May I receive a dispatch email and another email saying they can source the second drive, but at a higher cost. I reluctantly and under protest agree to pay the difference as I really needed that drive. Basically, they didn’t want to sell it for the advertised price. On 19 May, I get an email saying that the replacement drive is also faulty! Surprise! I advise I could give them some more time to source a replacement and they agreed. On 10 June, after so sign from them and having sourced the drive from a different supplier, I asked them for a refund for the second drive they did not deliver. It’s 31 July today and after many emails with excuses about he finance department not processing the refund, etc., and their last reply on 23 July claiming that the refund has been issued and it would take 5-7 days to reach my account, I still haven’t received the refund. So basically I got one drive for double + extra difference of the advertised price. "Scammers" is the only way I can describe them.

Confirmed order canceled with false ‘out of stock’ claim — inventory relisted at 4x the price overnight. Placed a confirmed, charged order for 8x Samsung 32GB DDR4-2666 ECC RDIMMs at $92/stick on March 14. Account manager canceled it two days later citing the units were out of stock for two months. That same evening the exact SKU was listed In Stock at $92 on their own website. I documented it with timestamped screenshots and an independent third-party archive. By the next day the same SKU was repriced to $442. The account manager had already told me in writing the restock price would be $650. When I presented this evidence they ignored it, processed a refund I never requested and never signed for, and went silent. CA AG complaint and FTC complaint filed. Terrible at doing what they claim
Twice we've ordered overnight shipping. TWICE they told us it would go but FAILED to ship. Twice I've had to explain to my clients why we couldn't help them because what was supposed to ship overnight DID NOT.

I went on their site to look for a 2.5 SSD drive. I ended up speaking to a service rep named Jennifer, who told me that the price for the drive I had in my cart was out of date on the web site and wanted to charge me 4 times that price for a different drive. SHe asked if she could send me a quote and I said "This experience has caused me to distrust your company and I will NOT be doing business with you."
